‘Silver Award’ winner.
This
is a concentrated sauce, just add mayonnaise (one part sauce to two mayo
or to taste) then add to cold cooked chicken. Make as much sauce as
required for a sandwich or main meal. If liked, add sultanas and flaked
almonds, serve the Coronation Chicken with a green salad and jacket
potatoes or for a summer party make a cold rice salad. |
